Pilates (Tues 18:00)
Pilates is a full body exercise and is for all levels from Beginners to Intermediate.
Coach Lindy Middleton runs a series of very successful Pilates classes for Intermediate students here at Newlands Activity Centre.
Lindy is aiming to add additional Classes for Beginners and Advanced students – please contact Lindy if you would be interested in joining any of her classes.
