Linda has been practising yoga for more than 25 years and teaching since 2007. She completed her initial 500-hour training course with Yoga Scotland (the governing body for yoga in Scotland) and her on-going training continues to be extensive, attending workshops by professionally recognised experts in their field including Leslie Kaminoff, Paul Grilley, Peter Blackaby, Zoe Knott, Daniel Gelblum and has recently completed a five-day intensive course run by Donna Farhi. She also attained her Aerial teaching qualification this year under the wonderful guidance of Edinburgh based Gillian Watt.
Linda’s approach to her classes is to create a safe place where students are encouraged to explore how their body responds to postures, breath and mindsets and how by tuning into this response we are able to develop a progressive practice that doesn’t compromise potentially vulnerable joints and ligaments. The aim is to build strength, flexibility and ease of movement both on and off the yoga mat.
Suitable for beginners and students who wish to develop and consolidate their practice.
