As most of you will be aware, the Covid19 situation is extremely fluid with Newlands Activity Centre continuing to follow recommended practice issued by the UK & Scottish governments.
This past week has seen an almost complete secession of community activities. This has been instigated solely by the individual groups involved.
In light of these developments, we have taken the decision that ALL community activities, including Early Learning & After-school, will cease from close of play Friday 20/03/20. The Newlands Primary School will also close from 12:30 on the same day.
Newlands Centre may ultimately become involved in local Community Resilience measures but this will be at the discretion and timing determined by the local authority.
Be sensible. Stay safe.
