The Open Gate
The Open Gate counselling service has been available again in Newlands Centre since September ’23, having previously been available as a phone-line service.
The Open Gate offers a Solution-Focussed talking therapy which helps problems quickly and pleasantly. This can be used for all sorts of difficulties – large and small, within an average of 2-3 sessions. It is suitable for adults or children, and is free and confidential. Also there is no waiting-list!
