The Meadowbank Karate Group was founded in 1970 under the instruction of Hamish Adam MBE, 8th Dan. The first club started in Meadowbank Sports Centre and the group now have many clubs throughout Scotland.
Pam Rob of Meadowbank Group offers two classes for kids on Friday afternoons at Newlands Centre.
16:00 > 17:00 – Karate for Beginners and Novices (from 5+)
17:00 > 18:00 – Karate for Kids up to Brown Belt.
Beginners and Novices are encouraged to join the 16.00 class and under Pam’s instruction will be advised when they are ready to move up to the 17:00 class.
Classes are booked in blocks of 4 at £20.00/per block.
