Newlands Basketball for Seniors (30+) meet on a Sunday for a fun coaching and play session with head ‘Coach’ Jim Old organising a range of fun practice routines and skill development exercises ahead of a fun game.
No experience is necessary and the Skill and Game sessions are geared at all levels of proficiency.
