An exciting initiative to develop a Community wide sustainable growing and healthy eating project.
Initial funding has allowed us to install two large poyltunnels plus raised beds and irrigation system.
Lizzie, our Community Gardener is working with Newlands Kids, Newlands Activity Centre and the after School Club to develop this programme & welcomes involvement from parents & the wider community.
Regular volunteer days ensures everyone has the chance to get their hands dirty!
