YOGA with Linda Shand
Linda’s approach to her classes is to create a safe place where students are encouraged to explore how their body responds to postures, breath and mindsets. By tuning into this response, we can develop a progressive practice that doesn’t compromise potentially vulnerable joints and ligaments. The aim is to help build strength, flexibility and ease of movement on and off the yoga mat. First class is payable on the day. If you miss a class you are very welcome to make up at any of Linda’s other locally run classes.
